i wanna die, i cant take my life anymore!?

my life is just a mess!
at school, im quite lonely, i get worried and upset… quite anxious at times… people pick on me, i get upset and i walk out… normally i would just go sit somewhere and just think about how things are my fault…

in my personal life, theres a few things… self injury – i cut mainly, sometimes quite bad… when ever i get upset or angry… i use it as somethign to calm me down, to let everything go… im anxious about my weight all the time – it getting a problem to be honest… as the weight is dropping off me and im getting to the point where im unable to find the right fitting clothes now… another thing – when i was 13 i had sex a few times with who was at the time, my boyfriend… i feel like he used me… cos shortly after he ditched me and said he never wants to see me again.. and that i wasnt good enough for him… its just everything cramed into one HUGE ball of problems…

at home, my parents they do care… but they never really seem to want to spend time with me. I spend most of my time up in my room, on my own… playing music that helps me think about things clearly… but i normally end up crying as i think things over maybe too much….

i recently lost both of my grandparents and my uncle in the space of 4 months and it just put more pressure on me :(

i just wanna die i really do, i cant take this anymore :(
what do you suggest i do ?! :(

Personal Injury, can i claim compensation ?

While shopping at sainsburys, I had a cut to the palm of my hand. While trying to get some clothes off the top rack, there was a sharp pin like object sticking out of one of the pillars in one of the aisles which i accidently hit my hand across. It removed quiet a fair bit of skin and i could see a small hole in my hand. Blood started coming out and i tried to keep pressure on it but no use.
I contacted the first aiders at sainsburys reception who tried to stop the bleeding but could not for 15 minutes. The palm of my hand kept filling with blood everytime they wiped it clean.
They then called the ambulance as they failed to stop the bleeding. The ambulance guy, upon arriving said that why call him for such minor wound. But even after 45 minutes, he was still not able to stop the blood coming out. He asked me to go to hospital with him but i did not want to waste time there so stood my ground. Eventually the blood stopped and he put a bandage on it.

He told me to go hospital the next day. I had such a bad pain in my arm all day. Next day i went to hospital and had the bandage replaced. I had to keep it on for another 2 days. Thank God it was my left hand otherwise i would not be able to work.

I wanted to ask, can i claim some compensation? Is it worth contacting some of these no win no fee companies?

Thanks,

Sunny

Physical fitness to teach primary children?

What level of physical fitness is required to teach Key Stage 1 and Foundation children. What are the physical demands of the job? Would anyone with mobility, lifting, carrying, kneeling and bending issues be to cope with the demands of the job and could they or the children in their care be considered at risk of personal injury?

basically long story short, i had an accident in april, my car got written off so I got the payout for that….but along with the accident i was injured with a whip lash.

yesterday i had received an offer of settlement for my injuries but I am not 100% fully recovered. Most of my injuries have got better but at the moment the biggest trouble is my neck. sometimes me back can ache but my neck can on some days still get abit stiff and straneous especially when i have my head tilted down to read a book for example. so some days it will be alright. its like even when i wake up in the mornings when its cold i can feel the cold to my neck and it activates the stiffness again. I would say I have recovered 90% compared to how i was before.

What should I do? Because if I reject it then im wondering how long they would take to make me a new proposal. How long would they take approximately? Because its taken long enough as it is for them to make this offer I dont want to wait another 3-4 months….1-2 months is reasonable.

Also due to my injuries I had to defer my part time placement at university (saturdays only) should I point this out to them?

thanks for any advice/help

Yes I did see a medical specialist

date of examination was 23/07/2010
and date of report is 26/07/2010

In section F 1.1 the doctor has stated "I do not consider any treatment or rehabilitation is required on this occassion"

estimated time to be fully recovered he stated in the medical report was 8-12 months I think that might have said from the date of the accident not sure if it said from the date of the medical examination. I dont have that part of the letter any longer.

Consumer laws? Business hw?

Sales of goods act – what happens when a product faults i.e. refund/exchange
Consumer protection act –if the protect causes damage/harm i.e. personal injury.
Consumer credit act- £100-£30,000 can be returned if the company goes bust and you don’t get the product or it breaks within 13 months, only available on credit cards.
Supply of goods and services act – same as goods – must be satisfactory quality.
Distance selling regulations – must give a refund etc.
Data protection act – The Data Protection Act requires anyone who handles personal information to comply with a number of important principles. It also gives individuals rights over their personal information.

that’s all i have so far but i need a few more for tomorrow i just can’t find any. can anyone think of any other consumer laws or laws to do with businesses? just a few simple ones, or a few dozen. ANY are appreciated!

I recently got severe food poisoning from a restaurant, which one of the no win no fee companies have agreed to take on. Im concerned that I may get myself into a situation where I’ll end up with all these bills to pay for court etc so I’ve read the contract carefully and I’ve asked about it to the actual solicitors at the firm and they have told me that they have sent me a form for After the Event Insurance-which I do not need to pay for at the time.

If I win, my compensation, legal costs n insurance costs etc will all be covered by the losing side

If I lose then I wont need to pay any fees…. she said that it literally is a no win no fee and I will take 100 percent of my compensation.

If I lose wont I still need to pay for the insurance etc?

What other things are there that I may end up paying for? I’d like to know more in detail before I actually sign myself into anything.

Also I must have a pretty good chance of winning if they’ve agreed to take on my case right?

Personal Injury – Interim Payments?

Under what circumstances can i request an interim payment for a pending personal injury case?

I recently got into a car crash, in which i pulled across the opposite lane in which to park in a space. Out of nowhere a car came belting my way and so i tried to turn to miss it but she hit my car (it is a write off) and she also hit 2 stationary vehincles. She is saying she wasnt speeding but she was. There ar no independant witnesses to this accident. I was taken into hospital with a suspected broken wrist and concussion which i am told will last about a week so i will be off work for at least 2 weeks. I passed the breathalizer no problem whereas she barely passed it. I only get paid for the hours i work so i have lost alot of money from being off.

The police have informed me that as there are no independant witnesses then it will be the insurance companies job to battle it out. The police made me feel as if it was all my fault, whereas I know for sure that she was not there before I began to pull in. I had a massive knock to the head so i dont remember anything after that. But she refused any hospital care. Or any treatment.

What will the insurance companies make of this?
If they do decide that I am the one to blame, then where do I stand with personal Claims?

I am fully comp and and have 5 years no claims.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks.
Would i still be able to claim personal Injury?
