Are my old car insurance company still liable for a personal injury claim 2 years after accident?
Today i had a letter from a solicitors and county court saying that a accident i had 2 years ago the other driver is now putting in a personal injury claim against me but at the time of the accident i was with my old insurance company now i am with different company so would my old insurance company still be liable for this claim as i was insured with them at the time of the accident?

Did you inform the insurance company at the time of the accident? If not could be a problem!
Your old insurance may deny the claim if you failed to inform them of the accident in a timely manner as stipulated by your insurance contract. If they deny the claim, then you will still be liable for the 2 year old claim.
